← Back to Home— About These Services
Designed for the 5–50 Employee Range
These services are calibrated for businesses that are past the startup stage but not yet large enough to sustain an internal finance department. At that size, the complexity of accounting work is real — payroll has employees, entity setup matters, and quarterly visibility is genuinely useful.
You can engage with one service or combine multiple, depending on where you need support. Pricing is published and scope is defined upfront.

Business Formation →You Want Financial Visibility
If you're an established business that wants to understand your financial position throughout the year — not just at year-end — the Quarterly Financial Review provides that structured check-in.

Questions About Our Services
Can I engage with more than one service at once?
Yes. The three services are designed to complement one another. Many clients start with one and add others as their situation develops — for example, beginning with entity formation and then adding payroll as they hire. Each service is scoped and priced independently.
What information do I need to provide to get started?
We'll walk through what's needed at the start of each engagement. For payroll, that typically includes current employee information, existing payroll records if any, and confirmation of pay cycle preferences. For formation, it begins with a conversation about your business goals and intended structure. For the quarterly review, it starts with access to your existing financial records.
Do you work with businesses in specific countries only?
Quorith works with businesses across multiple jurisdictions. Service availability and applicable regulatory context vary by location. Reach out to discuss your specific geography and we'll clarify what's possible and how we'd approach your situation.
What happens if my employee count changes?
The payroll service is designed for businesses in the 5–50 employee range. If your team size changes significantly — either shrinking below the lower end or growing beyond it — we'd discuss how to adjust the engagement accordingly. Changes within that range are handled as part of the ongoing service without scope changes.
Is there a minimum engagement period?
Engagement terms are discussed at the start of each service. Reach out and we can walk through the specifics for whichever service you're considering. The formation service is a one-time engagement; the payroll and quarterly review services are recurring.
